The Certificate of Free Sale is a document that facilitates the export of biocidal products to countries outside the European Union/European Economic Area. It confirms that the product for which it is issued complies with the rules applicable to biocidal product and that it is authorised or registered in Belgium. You must send your application by email to info.gestautor@health.fgov.be. For the payment terms and conditions, you may refer to the table of fees.
