Procedure for registration of biocidal products from the closed circuit

Sellers and users of biocidal products assigned to the closed circuit must respect the obligations relating to the closed circuit according to articles 35 to 40 of the Royal Decree of 4 April 2019 (Dutch / French).

All sellers and users are required to register themselves in an online registration system and to update a sales register annually (only for sellers). In order to register, one should need to sign up for a personal account.

A mandate form is available in Dutch or French for individuals who wish to outsource the registration to another party (see attachment).
