Procedure for application harmonized classification and labeling of substance (CLH)

Manufacturers, importers and downstream users can submit a proposal to ECHA regarding the harmonised classification and labelling of a particular substance. Prior to submitting their application they can already submit a declaration of intent. This will then be included in the "registry of intentions". Enclosed you will find 2 templates (and completion instructions) for the establishment of a CLH proposal.
