The Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) is the new European regulation that replaces the current Ecodesign framework. At present, ESPR has not yet impacted national regulations or introduced new product-specific rules. Therefore, the existing Ecodesign FAQs remain valid.
